In the biosauna, temperatures are lower than in the classic (Finnish) sauna. It is considered to be more gentle on the circulation and is often combined with the addition of essential oils or special lighting (light therapy). With the Hamam the tradition of steam baths came from the Ottoman to our latitudes. Above all, the good compatibility of the combination of high humidity and radiant heat makes the steam bath so popular.

Infrared deep heat warms the body directly and not through the surrounding air. A small example illustrates this: When we stand in the sun, we warm up, when we go into the shade, we cool down - although the air temperature is the same!
